Data Deletion Instructions

DoneZ Tech respects your right to control your personal information. If you would like us to delete data we hold about you — including any data collected through our website, our Facebook/Instagram advertising, or your interactions with our business — please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please email us at chandeep.ravindran@doneztech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," and include:
- Your full name.
- The email address or phone number associated with your interaction with us (e.g., the one used to contact us or interact with our ads/page).
- A brief description of the data you'd like deleted (e.g., contact form submissions, ad interaction data).
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Verify your identity/association with the data, where necessary.
- Delete the personal data we hold about you from our systems within [30] days, except where we are required to retain certain data for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
- Confirm completion of the deletion via email.
Deleting Data Shared with Meta
If you'd like to remove data associated with your Facebook or Instagram account directly, you can also manage this through Meta's own tools:
- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Your Facebook Information → Access Your Information / Deactivation and Deletion.
- Instagram: Settings → Account Center → Personal details → Account ownership and control.
